I've chosen to launch the mindcontroldiet on blog.co.uk because I'm after a bit of crowd-sourcing. That's input from you guys out there. Actually rather more than a bit of input. In true crowdsourcing fashion I want you to work with me in designing, creating and promoting the mindcontroldiet. Share it with friends, colleagues,contacts from throughout the planet. Let's make it truly global.

Ok enough about my vision. What's it all about, the mindcontroldiet, I hear you asking?
Well its not a diet. Definitely not a diet. It's a tool. A tool that comprises a set of techniques. A set of techniques designed to help you stick to any regime you so wish - diet, healthy eating plan, call it what you may. We all know what we should be doing. We may even know why we are not doing it. But what really matters is that we make sustainable change. Just do it and carry on doing it.

themindcontroldiet is the how in all of this.
